After fighting in numerous interstellar wars, mankind forms the Galactic Union to bring stability and to prevent conflicts between different planets. However, disputes between members of the union itself persists. In the Star Century year 0165, the Galactic Organization of Trade and Tariffs (GOTT) was formed. This organization utilizes the superpowered ES taskforce to maintain order. Eclair and Lumiere are two low-ranking ES members who carry out missions for GOTT. However, as they begin to see more and more of the galaxy, they soon realize that what they know about GOTT, the Galactic Union, and even themselves might not be all there is to it...

Volume Information - Bouncing from one ruinous colony to another, Eclair and Lumiere have so far managed to stay one step ahead of the assassins sent to end their lives. The burden of knowing their assassins were formerly comrades begins to weigh heavily on the hearts of the girls. But when two former allies plant a virus on the La Muse and Donnersclag, Eclair springs into action not concerned with her own safety. If they can buy themselves enough time, Eclair and Lumiere can set their ultimate plan into motion... a direct assault on GOTT Headquarters!

Plot 2/5
This was my first time wacthing Kiddy Grade, and I became very confused throughout the DVD. However, this is probably due to me coming in on the 13th episode. The show was a bit too technical, and I became very bored with it at times. Also, the show focused a lot of going through space and different planets, which I'm very sick of by now.

Animation 4/5
The drawing style and animation were done very nicely, and looked great. Even through the drawings were good, they were of dark/destroyed cities and endless space ships/new planets, which gets old fast.

Dubbing 3.5/5
The lip sync was off a few times, and two of the characters had rather annoying voices, but other than that it was done very well. I have never heard the Japanese voices, so I have nothing to compare it too, but that allowed me to make a better decision on if the voices really were good or not.

Overall 3/5
Because of the bad plot, I was unable to enjoy the DVD, and thus not make any of the other aspects of the show matter much.
