Information: A large, brutish and particularly dull witted Arrancar, Yammy holds the position of 10th Espada. Yammy often forgets the basic facts of being a spiritual being, namely that regular humans can’t see him, as he is reminded by Ulquiorra after he sucks out the souls of countless humans because they seemed to be staring at him.

Arrancar Influx Series: Yammy accompanies Ulquiorra to the Living world where he lands in the middle of a group of humans. After becoming enraged at the sight of them “staring” at him he sucks out there souls, leaving Tatsuki as the only survivor. When Yammy tells Ulquiorra that one managed to survive and that she must have some ammount Spiritual energy, Ulquiorra tells him to look closer, and informs him that she barely survived. Both Yasutora and Orihime arrive at the scene and attempt to save Tatsuki. Yasutora takes the fight head on but his right arm is bloodily ripped off. Orihime now wanting to fight while she tries to heal Yasutora, she fired Tsubaki at him in an attempt to slice him in two but Yammy grabs Tsubaki and crushes him, nearly killing Tsubaki and then goes on to destroy Orihime's sacred tri-linked shield. Ichigo arrives and Yammy becomes even more excited at the prospect of a challenge. After Ichigo saves Orihime he tells her to help Yasutora and Tatsuki. Ichigo is furious at Yammy for hurting Yasutora like that and Slices off Yammys arm in swift retribution. Yammy soon gains control of the battle and is about to kill Ichigo when Kisuke and Yoruichi appear to stop the fight. Telling Yoruichi to look after Orihime, Yammy doesn't take orders and attacks Yoruichi first but suffers a bone crunching blow to the face then to the back of the head by Yoruichi. Furious at her and he gathers energy for a point blank range Cero blast firing it upon her taking out the entire area. Happy at his own power, the smoke clears revealing Kisuke had blocked the Cero. Yammy is about to find out how Kisuke did it, but before the attack could reach Yammy, Ulquiorra stepped in and stopped it. After it is clear that Yammy can’t win the fight Ulquiorra impales Yammy and takes him back to Hueco Mundo.

To Become A Vaizard Series: Yammy is seen sitting down in a room while having his arm re-attached, after it is successfully re-attached he smashes the Arrancar which re-attached it and complains that it isn’t as good as it used to be. Ulquiorra tells him not to complain and that if it wasn’t re-attached he would have been stripped of his rank as Grimmjow was. Yammy and Ulquiorra proceed to report to Sousuke who is in the process of creating a new Arrancar. Yammy joins Ulquiorra is his assignment in the Living world along with the newly created Wonderwice, Luppi and Grimmjow. Yammy is dissapointed because all of the people he wanted to kill weren’t there. Toushiro attacks Yammy and is shocked to find that he is an Espada. After Yammy blocked his blow, Yammy taunts Toushiro saying that Hyourinmaru’s ice is refreshing and Toushiro figures he will need Final release for this. Luppi calls and says that he would like to fight Toushiro and proceeds to do so. After Kisuke appears to rescue Rangiku from Luppi, Yammy takes his chance and fires a Bala blast which appears to have hit him but only turns out to have hit a new experemental inflatable gigai Kisuke had made. Yammy starts firing large amounts of Balas at Kisuke but only to have each one deflected or blocked. Yammy was getting very angry at the fact of Kisuke just toying with him and nothing he tired seemed to work. The one sided battle continues until the Arrancar are recalled. Yammy is displeased at this but he obeys the order.

Hueco Mundo: Fight To Reclaim Series: Yammy was present at the meeting of the Espada to be informed of the situation regarding the intrusion of Ichigo and his friends into Las Noches.
