This Episode starts off with the Famous Don Kan’onji, the star of a show about spirit exorcisms, who comes to Ichigo’s town to do a live show. Kan’onji goes to a abounded Hospital where he performs, what he thinks to be a exorcising but instead turns the soul into a Hollow. Now Don Kan’inji and Ichigo must fight together to beat the Hollow.
As Ichigo fights the Hollow the hollow spits on him. The Spit is special salvia which hardens up and make you stick to things. On the Roof of the Hospital Ichigo gets covered in the Salvia and can no longer move but Don Kan’inji saves him using his staff then makes a Energy ball which frees Ichigo and allows Ichigo to defeat the Hollow.
Don Kan’inji is in shocked to find out that the Hollow was the sprit of the man he thought he exorcised from the earth. Ichigo tries to cheer him and tells him to tell the crowd that he had won.
