Ichigo Kurosaki
Half bred Soul Reaper. Soul Reaper Substitute.

Information: Ichigo is the main character of the story and the title "Bleach" refers to his bleached looking coloured hair. Ichigo has a strong ambition to make and keep an image of himself and acts tough. He normally has problems with people picking on his bleached hair but Ichigo time and time again claims that it is his natural colour. He also tries to protect his younger sisters as much as he can. Ichigo for as lojng as he can remember is a Hi-Spec meaning he can see spirits. With this ability he finds himself sometimes pestered with Spirits who stalk him. Ichigo likes to talk to his sisters about problems he has but not telling his father due to his childish-ness, and Ichigo fights with his father alot of the time over meaningless things like getting home late or just waking up in the morning. Though the battles he has with his father are in good spirits and Isshin claims he is training him. In school, his life is pretty normal hanging around with his friends and attending lessons. But once he became a Soul Reaper, he often has to ditch class to fight a Hollow or other disturbances.

Back Story: When Ichigo was 4 years old, he started to attend Karate lessons. There he met Tatsuki Arisawa and became friends with her but lost to her in countless sparring fights and cried but was always happy again when he was with his mother Masaki. Ichigo loved his mother more than anything and was always attached to her. At the age of 9, Ichigo was with his mother and was returning from the dojo. It was a rainy day and they were heading for home, along the way, Ichigo noticed something by the shore line, a person who looked as though it was going to jump in the water. Ichigo ran to save this person but Masaki couldn't understand what Ichigo was doing and ran after him as he approached the water. Masaki grabbed Ichigo andsaved him only to be left as a dead corpse. Ichigo was afraid and didn't know why his mother was bleeding and lieing dead. As the years went by the family greatly missed her and began to change. Ichigo took the blame for her death and wonders why no one blames him. Later, Ichigo met Orihime Inoue through her brother Sora in an accident. As Ichigo's dad runs a at home clinic, Sora was in a car crash and reported back to the Kurosaki Clinic. There Ichigo met Orihime as she cried for her brother. When he entered Karakura high school he met Yasutora Sado and called him Chad. As his friend, Ichigo helped Yasutora out when he was in a fight. Ichigo took everyone down and he and Yasutora made a agreement that they will always help each other out when needed.

Zanpaku-to: Ichigo is on his second Zanpaku-to. His first one spawned when he became a Soul Reaper by Rukia. It was nameless and didn't show any kind of special abilities, though that the size of the Zanpaku-to was abnormal. His second Zanpaku-to, named Zangetsu awakened when Ichigo managed to become a Soul Reaper again after he lost his Soul Reaper power. Zangetsu is strange in the way that it is always in permanant Initial release state. This may be due to Ichigo's constant flow of Spiritual energy, but Zangetsu has never been sealed away into it's base form. Ichigo's Secondry release "Bankai, Tensa Zangetsu" makes Zangetsu transorm into a normal black Katana with a broken chain attached to the hilt, and the hilt is designed as a backwards Swastika meaning "Ban". Ichigo also changes form in Secondry release that his top changes into a long black cloak with ripped edges, red lining and pinched at the chest area. Once again it's strange that a Secondry release is so small and to resemble something so common, it can't even be considered a Secondry release. But due to Tensa Zangetsu's ability it shows how original it can be.

Agent Of The Soul Reaper Series: Coming home from school he finds a group of skate punks who have knocked over a memorial of a dead girl. Scaring the punks away, Ichigo replaces the memorial and says farewell to the spirit who was there. Arriving home late, he explains why to his father who wasn't happy that Ichigo was late for dinner. That night, Rukia walked through his bedroom wall. Ichigo didn't like being ignored and kicked her up the rear end. Surprised to hear Rukia ask if he can see her, he answered of course he can see her. Sitting down with her, he listened to her explanations of who she is, what she does and what she was doing at the time. Ichigo didn't believe a word of it and even though he can see spirits he denied the possibility of a Soul Reaper. Proving an annoyance, Ichigo was placed under a binding spell. But just then Ichigo's family was attacked by a Hollow, and Rukia didn't even sense it. Ichigo to Rukia's surprise managed to break out of the Kidô spell and rushed to save his family. It was remarkable for a mere human having so much Spiritual energy to break a Soul Reaper's Kidô, and even confuse a Soul Reaper's senses. Ichigo managed to save his sister from the clutches of the Hollow's hand but couldn't fight something so frightening. But suddenly Rukia saved him from the attack. Now out ofd the fight, Rukia told Ichigo that to save his family he must become a Soul Reaper. Doing so, Ichigo pierced his heart with Rukia's Zanpaku-to and became a Soul Reaper easily slaying the Hollow. But Rukia was left powerless as Ichigo some how managed to absorb all her powers as a Soul Reaper. The next day Ichigo met Rukia at his school and was told to do her duties as a Soul Reaper until her powers return. Ichigo hesitant at first was forced into the job. From then on Ichigo acted as a Soul Reaper preforming Rukia's duty as she stayed by his side so that if the situation arised, she could turn Ichigo into a Soul Reaper, gave him the orders about a Hollows position and information on Soul Reapers. As the days rolled on, Ichigo was given some "Soul Candy" being told that if Rukia is not about, Ichigo can turn into a Soul Reaper by swallowing one. But unfortuantly the one Ichigo happened to swallow was a Konpaku who made a run for it in Ichigo's body. Stopping him, the Konpaku was then put inside a stuffed toy and this character became known as Kon. On another event, Ichigo crossed paths with Uryû who has always been in his class. Uryû knew of Ichigo being a Soul Reaper and told him that he is a Quincy that hates Soul Reapers. Ichigo was challenged to a dual of a Hollow slaying contest with him, but the Hollow's appearing got way out of hand and Ichigo and Uryû had to work together. At this point, a gigantic Hollow known as a Menos Grande or Gillian appeared and Ichigo demonstrated his astonishing power sending it back where it came from. Rukia and Uryû couldn't believe that Ichigo's Spiritual energy is so big that it pushed back a Menos Grande. Due to having high energy and being in contact with Orihime and Yasutora for a fair while, it unlocked their unqiue talents and abilities allowing Orihime and Yasutora able to use the abilities they can now. But eventually after a couple of weeks it happened, Rukia was to be captured and taken back to Soul Society. Ichigo found a message in his room from Rukia saying a strange message cripted with a code. Ichigo and Kon managed to crack the code to read the letter, afterwards Ichigo chased after her. Finding her, he was confronted by Renji and Byakuya. Startling Renji because of his big Zanpaku-to, Renji showed Ichigo what a true Zanpaku-to is using his Initial release bringing Ichigo to his knees. Ichigo was at death's door before suddenly erupting with energy, so much that he lost control of himself and managed to injure Renji. Feeling good for some reason Ichigo went to take a move but his Zanpaku-to was suddenly broken in half. He saw Byakuya, who was standing too far away holding Ichigo's blade and Ichigo had time to think, Byakuya stepped in and took Ichigo down with one attack he couldn't even see. Ichigo layed there bleeding to death and was told not to follow and to just accept his fate. In his dreams Ichigo couldnt feel anything and actually felt quite warm thinking he was dead. When he woke up he found himself in Kisuke's shop in bed wrapped in bandage. Ichigo had seen this man before during the incident with Kon and was asked if he was going to save Rukia. Ichigo obviously said he was but to stand a chance, Kisuke told Ichigo he would need to be a Soul Reaper again. Ichigo had to step into the world of a Hollow to become a Soul Reaper. Accepting the challenge, Ichigo was put into his Spirit form and only had a certain ammount of time to become a Soul Reaper before he becomes a fully fledged Hollow. Time had ran out and Ichigo started to transform, a mask began forging over his face and he had to be killed instantly before the transformation completed, but just in time Ichigo managed to find the secret in becoming a Soul Reaper and turned into one escaping death. With his Zanpaku-to which was just a broken hilt, he smashed the mask on his face to reveal he was okay. Now the last step was for Ichigo to wield his very own Zanpaku-to while fighting against Kisuke. Standing no chance in beating him, Ichigo found the confidence and heard his Zanpaku-to's name in his mind. Calling out Zangetsu, Ichigo created his own Zanpaku-to but it was constantly in Initial release. Ichigo was ready and told to wait in his bedroom at home until he recieves word from Kisuke to meet at his shop. When he got the message, Ichigo left his house but before he did, Isshin his father told Ichigo to be careful on his travels and gave him a family heirloom which would bring him luck for whatever it is he's doing but asked for it back when Ichigo gets home. Ichigo accepted and left for the shop and teamed up with Yasutora, Orihime, Uryû and Yoruichi, they went through a portal into Soul Society thanks to Kisuke's help. Reaching their destination, Ichigo has to fight Jidanbou, the Gate Guardian of the west gate to be able to get into the Court Of Pure Souls where the Soul Reapers live. Using Zangetsu, Ichigo had no trouble breaking Jidanbou's weapons and being allowed entrance. Watching the gate being opened, Gin was on the other side. Not understanding the concept of Captains and power differences, Ichigo makes an iditoic attack against Gin but is easily pushed back outside the gate into Rukongai and watch Gin wave as thede gate shuts.

Soul Society: The Sneak Entry Series: Now having to re-think a different plan to gain entry, Ichigo took in the sights of Rukongai while Orihime repaired Jidanbou's injured arm. Ichigo noticed that the people of Rukongai had a slight look of worry because of him being a Soul Reaper. The group got back together and were told by Yoruichi that they will find Kuukaku the fireworks master. Resting for the night at a elders house in Rukongai, Ichigo was disturbed by a man called Ganju who had a very big grudge against Soul Reapers. Ichigo and Ganju had a slight dissagreement and had a little rumble match to sort it out, before Ganju and his gang took off because they were late for something. The next morning Ichigo refused to leave until Ganju came back so they could finish, but he was forced to move by Yoruichi. Finding Kuukaku's house, they were all surprised that her brother was Ichigo whom of course remembered Ichigo. Once again Ichigo had a match with him before being stopped by the frightening Kuukaku. Ichigo and his friends were told of the stratedgy to break into the Court Of Pure Souls from the air through the barrier surrounding it by channeling their Spiritual energy into a ball. Ichigo told them that he doesn't understand anything to do with Spiritual energy and couldn't really care so he had to be taught. Not understanding the concept of it, he was shown a way to do it by Ganju and finally managed to control his Spiritual energy into the ball. Finally ready his team and also with Ganju now were fired into the Court Of Pure Souls and their energy control managed to break through the barrier. But once inside the group were seperated and blasted down to the ground in seperate directions. Ichigo though was partnered with Ganju and when they hit the floor softly thanks to Ganju's sand technique. But they happened to lan infront of two Soul Reapers from the 11th Division, Ikkaku and Yumichika. Ganju made a run for it while Ichigo stayed and fought Ikkaku. Ichigo was handling the fight quite well blocking Ikkaku's various attacks and managed to make a quick offensive hit. But Ichigo was annoyed that Ikkaku used treatment to cure his wound where as Ichigo couldn't. Ichigo thought he was going to win easily but he quickly had to block against Ikkaku's Initial release and suffered a deep wound up his arm. Ichigo wrapped the bandage on Zangetsu around his arm and made the attack once more. Getting used to Ikkaku's speed, Ichigo moved swiftly to find an opening and made a powerful strike against Ikkaku cutting up his arm and through his shoulder and also breaking his Zanpaku-to in half. Ikkaku fell to his knees and passed out. Ichigo did the rightful thing and used up all of Ikkaku's healing cream to heal Ikkaku's wounds, wrapped him in bandage and waited for him to wake up. After time passed, Ikkaku awoke and was surprised to see Ichigo still there and that he had helped try to heal him. Asking Ikkaku about Rukia's location, Ichigo was warned about Kenpachi, his Captain. Ichigo made quick haste to find Ganju before going to the Shrine Of Penitence. Finally managing to find Ganju, they were surrounded by Soul Reapers. Trying to use Hanataro as a hostage, it didn't work but thanks to a distraction of an explosion, Ichigo and Ganju took Hanataro and made a run for it to an abandoned building. Telling Ganju about what Ikkaku told him, Hanataro overheard and wanted to help and introduced himself. Leading Ichigo and Ganju through the seweres they arived at the base of the Shrine Of Penitence where they were confronted by Renji. Ichigo wanted to fight alone as this was a rematch. Ichigo and Renji clashed and seemed even to begin with. But Renji explained that his power is doubled because of being in Soul Society. Ichigo was then being tossed around by Renji's Initial release thanks to it's newly gained range. Ichigo tried countering and parrying Renji's attacks but inevitably recieved more critical damage. Ichigo was left to face a final attack before remembering Kisuke's words of advice from the training, and with Zangetsu he fired off a strong point blank range Getsuuga Tenshou which Ichigo didn't fully know how he fired it, but it took Renji out aswell as his Zanpaku-to making Ichigo the winner. Renji's last words before collapsing was to save Rukia at all costs. Ichigo didn't know of Renji's relation with Rukia but accepted that he would do it. Exhausted and wounded from the furious fight, Ichigo recieved medical treatment from Hanataro and rested the day. He also found a Hollow's mask within his cloths which protected him from one of Renji's attacks and wanted to keep it for a lucky charm but threw it in the sewers due to Hanataro's whining. Now back on his feet: Ichigo, Ganju and Hanataro made to the top of the Shrine Of Penitence where they were crushed down by Kenpachi's enourmously frightening Spiritual energy. Ichigo suddenly felt Kenpachi's sword thrust through his chest. He looked down to find nothing there and that the sheer force of Kenpachi's energy made Ichigo see his own death. Ichigo told Ganju and Hanataro to continue ahead while he stays back and fights. Ichigo was proving no match and the attacks he made didn't even cut Kenpachi's skin. Ichigo was forced to run and try to hide while he thinks of something. But Ichigo noticed something, he realised that Yasutora's Spiritual energy had suddenly dropped and thought about what he's actually fighting for. Ichigo raised his power and managed to cut a wound. But Ichigo boosted his ego when Kenpachi said he doesn't have an Initial release so that made him think Kenpachi can't get stronger and that Ichigo should win. But this was brought down when Kenpachi easily pierced through Ichigo's Zanpaku-to and into his chest. Ichigo fell to the ground and watched Kenpachi walk away. Ichigo then found himself in the world of Zangetsu, and saw a copy of himself but instead of wearing black he was wearing white. This copy said his name was Ichigo and was wielding Zangetsu. Ichigo had to fight and win to reclaim Zangetsu and try to understand his Zanpaku-to better. Finally understanding the meaning of working with your Zanpaku-to, Ichigo managed to wield Zangetsu once more beating his copy. Back in reality, Ichigo got up with more determination than ever and every attack he made managed to wound Kenpachi. Kenpachi who was thrilled for Ichigo removed his eyepatch drastically increasing his Spiritual energy. It was the final assault and Ichigo and Kenpachi clashed in an explosion of energy. When the smoke cleared, Ichigo had his sword burie deep in Kenpachi's shoulder but Kenpachi's sword was buried deep in Ichigo's waist. Ichigo apologized to his friends and collapsed in a pool of blood. But Kenpachi also collapsed and taken away by Yachiru who told Ichigo not to die. Keeping very little consiousness, he fainted when Yoruichi arrived. Waking back up, he found himself in bandage in a room by Yoruichi. Thanking her for the help, it was revealed that Ichigo had a Hollow's mask on him again. Ichigo explained to Yoruichi that he swore he threw it in the sewers before and gave it to her to keep. Ichigo asked her how as a cat she dragged Ichigo's body and witnessed her true form as a normal human figured female. Ichigo surprised at this and asked who she really is, suddenly Ichigo felt a dramatic Spiritual energy signal from Ganju and Hanataro's direction. Ichigo ignored his serious injuries and using a flying device from Yoruichi, took to the skies and rushed off to the Shrine Of Penitence. Making his entrance he asked Hanataro if he was alright and found Ganju heavily wounded. Then asking Rukia if she was alright, Ichigo blocked a sudden attack from Byakuya. Telling him that he can see his quick attacks unlike before, Ichigo bragged he was a new man. But Yoruichi jumped in as if to help. Ichigo asked her what she's doing but in an instant, Yoruichi thrusted her hand into Ichigo's body re-opening his wounds and causing him to pass out. Ichigo was then taken away by Yoruichi to a secret location.

Soul Society: The Rescue Series: Regaining consiousness he asked her why she didn't take Rukia, Hanataro and Ganju instead as they were more in trouble than himself but was scolded for his stupidity. Yoruichi told Ichigo that from now on, he will need to learn something certain and increase his skills dramatically to stand a chance against the competition. She knew of a way for Ichigo to obtain Final release within three days, which will be long enough to save Rukia aswell before execution. But before that Ichigo must master his Zanpaku-to by defeating it. Yoruichi shows Ichigo a technique which forces the users Zanpaku-to to materialize into a doll and seeing as Ichigo cannot materialize his Zanpaku-to himself, he uses the doll. Now fighting against Zangetsu, Zangetsu litters the entire underground room with Ichigo's Zanpaku-to each looking slightly different from the last. To win, Ichigo must grab the correct Zangetsu and wound him with it. The battle starts and Ichigo chooses the wrong Zanpaku-to one after the other, each one easily being borken to pieces by Zangetsu. Yoruichi watches on as Ichigo continues to dash and recieve wounds from Zangetsu as he frantically tries to find the correct sword. After a long day, Yoruichi cancels out Zangetsu turning it back into a doll calling it a day. Ichigo scolding and hurting all over is introduced to a hot spring he can relax in. Ichigo rests in the hot spring to find the water heals wounds, estatic at how cool it is, he puts some water in his mouth to cure some cuts in his mouth. Yoruichi walks in asking how the water is and says she will take a bath with him removing her clothes. Ichigo tries to stop her and closes his eyes. Opening them again, he sees that she turned back into a cat calling Ichigo such an innocent little boy. As they relaxed, Ichigo asked Yoruichi why the place looked so familiar to the underground underneath Kisuke's shop. She explained that the place under Kisuke's shop was moddled after this place, and that it was this area she and Kisuke always used to have fun and train together years back. This information led Ichigo to learn that Kisuke was a Soul Reaper Captain many years ago but fled due to the creation of dangerous items and that she helped him escape. Ichigo was put off that Kisuke never told him this but always knew he had some bond with Soul Society somehow. The second day, Ichigo continued with his training still trying to accomplish beating Zangetsu. But as the training raged on, Renji burst into the underground. Telling them he traced Ichigo's Spiritual energy down here, he told them he didn't want to fight them but help them save Rukia. But had bad news to tell saying that Rukia's execution date had been moved to tomorrow. Yoruichi couldn't believe it and knew that wasn't enough time for Ichigo to be ready. Ichigo said he'll do it before than and be ready in time and promised. Renji happy to see Ichigo's determination said he's near obtaining Final release aswell and said he is going to train along side. He already knew how to materialize his Zanpaku-to so he moved over and trained with his Zanpaku-to Zabimaru. Ichigo trained harder than ever to uphold his promise and to save Rukia. The third day arrived and Renji set off, but before so he asked Yoruichi if Ichigo would be ready in time. Ichigo payed no attention and continued training hard. Rukia's execution had come and she raised in the air was about to suffer the kill from the Sogyoku. She closed her eyes but the attack was stopped, she opened her eyes to find Ichigo sporting a new attire blocking the powerful Sogyoku with no effort right in front of her. To Ichigo's surprise two Captains down below helped stop the Sogyoku and obliteraated it. Ichigo grabbed Rukia and thrusted his Zanpaku-to down tearing the structure in half. Seeing Renji had arrived down below, Ichigo tossed Rukia down to him and told him to make a run for it. In a flash Ichigo took out three Soul Reaper Vice Captains who attempted to stop Renji from escaping without even using his Zanpaku-to. After that instantly Byakuya stepped in clashing swords with Ichigo. Ichigo cockily stood back more determined than ever bragging about his new power. Telling Byakuya to release his Initial release if he wanted to stand a chance, he was happy he finally got angry enough to do so. Ichigo demonstrated amazing speed being able to dodge the hundreds of petal blades created from Byakuya's Initial release. Ichigo was cutting them down and dodgeing out of harms way like it was nothing. Taking a stand, Ichigo used a strong Getsuuga Tenshou to destroy some of the blades. Telling Byakuya what he did and that he never knew how he fired them before until now, Ichigo took it another step forward by telling Byakuya to use his Final release. Getting his wish, Ichigo was faced with millions of blades much faster than before. Inevitably Ichigo was caught and struck down into the ground. Getting to his feet, Ichigo made a remark that he knew Final release. Increasing his Spiritual energy dramatically, Ichigo tightly grabbed his Zanpaku-to and yelled out causing a massive beam of energy to shoot towards Byakuay which he blocked using his Final release. When the smoke cleared Ichigo stood there grasping on to a black Katana blade wearing a long black cloack. Byakuya saying that it is not a Final release due to it's size and it's not possible for a human to obtain something such as Final release, Byakuya quickly found out that Ichigo's speed was drastically increased as Ichigo appeared behind him in a blur holding the Zanpaku-to to his throat. Ichigo backed off and was told that mircales don't happen twice. Ichigo demonstrated his incredible speed moving so fast it was as if there were ten of him running around. Ichigo even managed to cut down every blade of Byakuya's Final release before appearing behind him once again declaring whats a second miracle called. But now on Byakuya's really bad side, Ichigo was trapped by Byakuya's true Final release, being surrounded by hundreds of swords. Ichigo couldn't manage to dodge the swords and stop Byakuya from attacking aswell so it eventually took it's toll on Ichigo as he started to slow down. Finally being caught, Ichigo had a point blank Kidô fired through his shoulder. Ichigo's body froze and was about to be cut down when suddenly a mask started forming over Ichigo's face and he grabbed the sword from Byakuya's hand. Looking up it was revealed Ichigo was wearing a Hollow's mask and had completely lost it. Now the Hollow Ichigo who was calling the shots yelled at Ichigo calling him a moron for not knowing how to control his own Final release and demonstrated how to use it properly. Hollow Ichigo was crazy, moving around Byakuya cutting him down and firing off a point blank Getsuuga Tenshou. Hollow Ichigo brought Byakuya to exhaustion and was just toying with him. But suddenly the real Ichigo inside wanted the Hollow to dissapear and Ichigo was having a fight with himself. The Hollow self told Ichigo that without him they won't win but finally Ichigo removed the mask off his face and gasped for air. Apologizing to Byakuya for the interuption he made his attack stance. Byakuya didn't question what happened to Ichigo but explained that they are both tired and it will be the final attack. Ichigo agreed and watched Byakuya set up the final form of his Final release. Raising his energy they both clashed in a giganitc explosion of energy. When it all cleared, Ichigo was keeping himself up by leaning on his Zanpaku-to. He refused to fall and listened to Byakuya admit defeat and why he is so cold toward Rukia before dissapearing. Ichigo yelled into the sky for his victory before collapsing banging his head into Orihime's. Supported by his friends, Ichigo and the group left the area to find Renji and Rukia. But they recieved word about Sousuke's betrayel. Ichigo asked why should he care but Uryû told him that if they are being told about the event even as intruders, it means it effects them aswell. Ichigo got himself together and made head way back to the Sogyoku where he stopped Sousuke's attack on Renji and Rukia who were there. Teaming up with Renji, Ichigo let Renji make a distraction while Ichigo jumped in for close combat but his attack was blocked with one finger. Suddenly Ichigo was slashed through the waist nearly tearing him in half. Ichigo fell to the ground struggling to breath and watched Renji taken out with one attack aswell. Ichigo laid helpless as Sousuke approached Rukia. Ichigo was then informed from Sousuke about Kisuke and his creation the Orb Of Distortion which he buried within Rukia. Describing the fighting styles of the Soul Reaper, Ichigo and Rukia were astonished what Kisuke had done to her. But thanks to the Soul Reaper Captains: Sousuke, Gin and Kaname were stopped and they took off to Hueco Mundo. Ichigo recieved treatment from Orihime for his severe injury. Ichigo and his friends were then accepted and allowed to stay in Soul Society for week to rest up. As Ichigo was allowed to stay he went to the 11th Division dojo where he sparred against Ikkaku before running for his life from Kenpachi who wanted a rematch. Wondering how he ever managed to beat someone like Kenpachi, Ichigo was told by Orihime that Rukia is missing. Running off to find her, he discovered her at the Shiba household apologizing to Kuukaku for what she had done in the past. Ichigo told Rukia to start getting ready to head to the living world but she told him that she will live in Soul Society again. Ichigo happy to hear that, got his stuff together, met up with his friends and gathered at the Sogyoku hill where it once rested. Saying their goodbyes, Ichigo was given an emblem from Jushiro who told him that with that emblem it will officially represent Ichigo as an acknowledged Soul Reaper, alert him of a Hollow's presense and allow Ichigo to become a Soul Reaper when he needs to. Saying their farewell: Ichigo, Yasutora, Uryû, Orihime and Yoruichi went through a portal back into Karakura Twon where they were caught by Kisuke's group on their entry. Telling Kisuke that he learned about him in Soul Society he told him that he should aplogize to Rukia. Finally arriving home, Ichigo climbed up his house to his bedroom window where he found Kon in his body in his bed. Telling Kon to let him in, Ichigo told Kon that Rukia was staying in Soul Society, then removed Kon from his body and finally got back into his living body and slept in his own bed.

!Anime Only! The Bount Series: Now back at home, Ichigo attends school as normal but back on the first day he finds Renji calling his name outside the school. Dashing out of class, he grabs Renji and shuts him up. Asking him what he's doing here, it quickly comes to arise three new enemies appear: Ririn, Nova and Cloud who want to play a game or they dispose of Ichigo's friends. Teaming up with Uryû, Orihime, Yasutora, Kon and Renji they are indulged in various games which started to prove a nuisance until they finally met face to face with the three goons when Yasutora and Orihime were captured. Within their fight, it was interupted by Kisuke who told them it was all a hoax and that he created Ririn, Nova and Cloud to help make the team work together again as they had been slacking off. It was also to show that Ichigo can't just rely on his Final release to win his bouts. Taken back to Kisuke's shop, Ichigo and his friends were told about the Bount and another reason why he created Ririn, Nova and Cloud because they have an ability to sense out Bount's energy. Being told to team up with them, Ichigo took Ririn home and put her soul into a stuffed toy from her sisters room. Of course Kon was jealous of not being unique anymore and Ririn was not to happy about being in a stuffed toy. Now knowing of the Bount, with Ririn's help Ichigo finds and confronts Yoshino whom introduces them to their ability of using dolls. Calling forth her poweful fire type doll, Ichigo finds himself unmatched and ultimatly burnt from it's attacks. Blasted into a pile of rubble, Ichigo finds himself stuck but thanks to Rukia she saved him from a potentially dangerous attack. Still at the mercy of the fire doll of Yoshino's, another Bount Ryo jumps in, stops Yoshino and takes her away. Ichigo thanks Rukia and welcomes her back into the team. But it wasn't long before they struck again as Uryû was the victim this time as the Bount Ryo from before wanted his soul, Ichigo and his friends arrived to put a stop to it but had to fight Ryo's doll, which controlled Snakes. Ichigo and crew couldn't fend off the high ammount of snakes but luckily, Yoshino the Bount from before aswell arrived and grabbed Uryû from Ryo's hands and took him away from danger. Finding out Uryû was in hospital, Ichigo and the team visited him and stayed with him to look after but another assault occured as the Bount twins Ho and Ban with their doll of manipulating water forced the group to flee the hospital as it was an impossible to fight water. Getting outside, they found it raining and the fight raged on as Ichigo, Rukia and Renji tried fighting the doll but any damage was just regenerated. Ichigo, Rukia and Renji then suffered a terrifying ability of Ho and Ban's doll which the water buries in their body and crushes them from the inside. Luckily it was learned that if Ho and Ban were seperated far enough their doll vapourises thus saving Ichigo, Rukia and Renji's life. Chasing them down Ho and Ban and their water doll were killed by Ganju with help of his fireworks. But now another problem as Uryû was missing. Ichigo arranged the group to infiltrate the Bount's mansion to get Uryû back. Entering their household Ichigo confronts the Bount Ryo again and not taking any time to mess around he uses a large Getsuuga Tenshou which completely wreaks the area. Causing some kind of stir, Maki the former 11th Division member arrives and gets rid of Ryo and fights Ichigo. Ichigo has it tough trying to match blades with an ex Division member and suffers a serious wound from Maki's Initial release. But then the leader of the Bount, Jin Kariya arrives and asks to finish it completely taking Ichigo out with not much effort. Thanks to Kisuke, Jinta, Ururu and Tessai, Ichigo was saved along with the rest of the group. Resting up and wanting to fight the Bount again Ichigo finds himself confronting Koga and his doll named Dalk once Ichigo found out that Koga was trying to kill Keigo by using a technique called the Bito they developed. Having to fight Koga's doll Dalk, Ichigo can't keep up with it's long arms and spider like reflexes and ultimatly is caught in a web like substance. Not being able to move, Ichigo is continously whipped recieveing surging pain upon every strike. Ichigo drops his Zanpaku-to and is helpless. Dalk picks up his Zanpaku-to and turns it at Ichigo and goes to kill Ichigo with his own weapon before Ichigo suddenly grabbed it and ripped it off Dalk. The Hollow Ichigo had returned and he broke out of the web. Hollow Ichigo rained supreme with his crazy moves until the other Ichigo forced his Hollow self back and managed to rip his mask off regaining control again but collapsed no longer able to fight. But thanks to Izuru who came in from Soul Society to help, Koga and Dalk were driven back and retreated. Resting up again, Ichigo then brought the attack to the Bount once more infiltrating their hideout with Yasutora, Orihime, Rukia, Renji, Ririn, Nova and Cloud. Traveling deeper into the cave hideout, Ichigo and Renji were told to advance forward while the others stayed back. Encountering the Bount Ugaki inside the cave, Renji used his Final release to fight him telling Ichigo to carry on. Finally making it into a large open area within the cave he finds the remaining Bount gathered together opening a portal. Ichigo begins a one on one fight with Jin the leader of the Bount but Jin's speed and counter attacks are far to superior to Ichigo's reflexes. Ichigo is taken out and told that they will be going into Soul Society to seek revenge. Jin picks up Ichigo's Zanpaku-to and goes to use it to kill Ichigo but Ichigo grabs it and talks to Zangetsu, finally managing to link with him once more, Ichigo bursts into his Final release. Ichigo's speed has dramatically increased and matches Jin's attacks clashing blow for blow. There was no victor though as Uryû interupted the fight with his regained Quincy powers. Helping the Bount fully activate the portal, Uryû allows them to go into Soul Society. Ichigo asking just what the heck is he thinking, Uryû explains that their chances in Soul Society are better than in the Living World. Following the Bount into Soul Society, the group who have met back up go to Kuukaku's housr as their hideout. Ichigo seperates with everyone else and begins his search for the Bount. Feeling Rukia's Spiritual energy on a thread Ichigo arrives to find Byakuya who has saved Rukia from a fight with the Bount Yoshi. Asking to help, Ichigo is shrugged off and told he is still an intruder and forcefully told to leave. Ichigo carries on his search for the Bount when later that night, he felt rise in Byakuya's Spiritual energy. Arriving at the scene he finds Byakuya fighting Jin. Offering to help, Ichigo uses his Final release and attacks Jin but avoids an attack from Byakuya. Ichigo is warned that he best keep clear as Byakuya won't look after him. Ichigo and Byakuya together manage to injure Jin but he is saved and taken away by the Bount Koga. Teaming up with Toushiro, Renji, Orihime, Yasutora and Uryû the group meet Maki. Before a fight broke out all of them are placed under Maki's Initial release and Toushiro tells them all to watch it as Maki can attack from anywhere. Luckily Kenpachi arrives and breaks the Initial release. Kenpachi asks Ichigo that when he's in Soul Society he should pay the 11th Division a visist as they will welcome him with open arms. Ichigo looks nervously and apologizes, before leaving Kenpachi to deal with Maki.

Arrancar Influx Series: Before the school day, Ichigo tried to give Isshin back the item he was given before going into Soul Society. But his father refused to take it. Going to school that day, he greets his friends Keigo and Mizuiro and sits with Uryû, Orihime and Yasutora confusing Keigo as to why Ichigo is with them. Tatsuki then arrives and greets them and asked what that wierd emblem with a skull on that Ichigo was holding onto. Ichigo was surprised that she can see it before taking his seat as the teacher entered. Wondering if the emblem had broke already it suddenly made a noise alerting Ichigo of a Hollow. Ichigo then ran out of class. Slaying the Hollow he found Orihime and Yasutora had ran out of class and joined him. The next day Ichigo was introduced to a new student Shinji Hirako who sat next to him. Later that evening Ichigo had to go Hollow slaying again and told Kon to take care of his body. Trying to find the Hollow, Ichigo meets Sennosuke, a Soul Reaper who has replaced Rukia around Karakura Town. Ichigo shows him the emblem saying he's a Soul Reaper substitute but Sennosuke doesn't recognise it. Suddenly Ichigo blocked an attack from behind him to find Shinji holding a Zanpaku-to. Ichigo asked Shinji who is he, which Shinji then revealed a Hollow's mask. Meaning that Shinji is a Soul Reaper who stepped into the world of a Hollow, and became a Vaizard the same as Ichigo. Shinji asks Ichigo to go with him and be friends but suddenly they both feel a large Spiritual energy and Ichigo leaves the scene but without saying that he has no interest in being a Vaizard and that he is a Soul Reaper. The next day at school, Ichigo thought over about being a Vaizard and Shinji came into his class acting like nothing happened. Ichigo grabbed Shinji and took him out of class for a private word. Shinji told that he won't stop asking Ichigo until he agrees and told Ichigo that some day and he must know this already, the Hollow within Ichigo will be getting stronger and stronger thirsting for freedom and to gain control. Shinji asked Ichigo again that if he joins the Vaizards, Ichigo will be taught how to control his Hollow self. Ichigo gets home that day taking a sneak attack from his father. Normally Ichigo would retaliate thus showing he is his normal self but this time Ichigo just accepted it and went to his room. Ichigo lay on his bed thinking about his Hollow self. He can hear him calling and trying to break free. But Karin then entered his room asking if he's alright. Ichigo shrugs it off as nothing but then Karin said something startling. She told Ichigo that she knows he is a Soul Reaper. Suddenly a tremendous Spiritual energy filled the air. Ichigo quickly left to see the disturbance but was grabbed by Karin asking where he was going. Ichigo avoided looking at her as he turned into a Soul Reaper and jumped out the window. Ichigo arrived at the scene to find Yasutora unconsious with his arm ripped apart and Orihime facing two new enemies. Saving Orihime, Ichigo immediatly used his Final release. Telling Orihime to back off Ichigo told the biggest enemy known as Yammy to give Yasutora what he lost, and quickly sliced off Yammy's arm cleanly. Ready to fight, Yammy as annoyed as ever grabbed his weapon which was a Zanpaku-to and told him to get ready. Ichigo's head suddenly began to spin as the Hollow inside him starting causing a stir. Ichigo tried to hold him back but was at Yammy's mercy as Ichigo suffered strong blows one after the other. Ichigo screamed to tell Orihime to stay back and not help while Ichigo recieved bone crushing attacks. Barely keeping consiousness he was saved by Kisuke and Yoruichi. Ichigo watched Yammy being beaten to a pulp by Kisuke and Yoruichi before being told to retreat by the smaller enemy, Ulquiorra. Before he left he told Ichigo that he's too pathetic to kill. The next day at school, Ichigo saw Orihime bandagged up and tried to apologize to her but couldn't bring himself to say it after what Orihime told him yesterday after the fight. As Ichigo looked on far away in his own mind, some students opened the classroom door yelling Ichigo's name. Ichigo saw that it was Renji, Ikkaku, Yumichika, Rangiku and Toushiro. Ichigo then turned around to see Rukia in the class window. Suddenly Rukia extracted Ichigo from his body turning him into a Soul Reaper and took him outside the school to fight a Hollow. Telling Ichigo this Hollow was childs play, Ichigo was finding it difficult to beat it due to disturbances in his head. Rukia asked him if the Hollow inside him was giving him gried or if it was the fear to protect his friends. Resting Ichigo's pain Ichigo slayed the Hollow. Rukia then dragged Ichigo to Orihime at school and made him apologize for his weakness. Getting home that day, Ichigo found the Soul Reaper crew in his room and was told about the Arrancar, those enemies he fought the other day. As the evening went on, everyone left Ichigo's house to find somewhere to stay while Ichigo introduced Rukia to his family allowing her to stay. But as the night grew young the Arrancar made their appearance. Setting Ichigo and Rukia on alert they immediatly went to meet up with the Arrancar before they did anything. Appearing in time, Ichigo stopped D-roy from killing Yasutora. Letting Rukia take on the fight, Ichigo witnesses Rukia's Initial release for the first time ever and she easily killed D-roy. But it wasn't over as a much stronger enemy appeared. Grimmjow Jaggerjack. Watching as Rukia was instantly taken out by this Arrancar, Ichigo knew this opponent was on a whole new level. Using his Final release, Ichigo tried his hardest but Grimmjow caught every blow and threw him back. Ichigo's speed was just not enough as Grimmjow was just toying with him. Sending Ichigo into the ground, Grimmjow saw Ichigo powering up a Getsuuga Tenshou and could block it. Ichigo watched as his attack caused a large scar across Grimmjow's body. Ichigo happy he could please the Arrancar told the Hollow inside him to just hang back. But Kaname then appeared and took Grimmjow away into Hueco Mundo. Ichigo annoyed at him running away realised that he was the one who managed to escape with his life, not Grimmjow. Renji then arrived and asked if he won, Ichigo plainly said he lost. Going back over to Rukia he watched over her as she was healed by Orihime. Rukia told Ichigo he should consult Kisuke about the Hollow inside him but Ichigo didn't agree to that. Ichigo then dissapeared for the next days. Thinking about what Shinji said, Ichigo traced down his Spiritual energy to a abandoned warehouse where he found the Vaizards waiting for his arrival.

To Become A Vaizard Series: Ichigo denied wanting help from the Vaizards and claimed he just wanted to use them by force if necassary. Becoming a Soul Reaper, Ichigo rushed Shinji who just pulled out his Zanpaku-to and blocked his attack pushing him away. But then Hyorin, one of the Vaizards kicked Shinji out of the fight and fought Ichigo instead. Telling Ichigo that it isn't his decision if he wants to join the Vaizards or not and told him to release his Hollow form to show them what he can do. Ichigo refuses and watches Hyorin bring out her Hollow form freely without difficulty. Ichigo being told that if he doesn't use his Hollow form he seriously will die and in a flash Ichigo was pulverized. Ichigo suffered heavy injuries realising how much power someone using a Hollow form can do. He was then told to use his Final release. Once again Ichigo refuses and Hyorin claims she will kill him and completely overpowers him. Being toyed around with, Ichigo wondered how she brought out her mask like that, how she can keep a controlled transformation. Suddenly Ichigo lost control of himself and a mask started forming over his face, Ichigo grabbed Hyorin by the throat and squeezed tightly laughing at her squirm and begin to cry. Causing Hyorin's Hollow transformation to dissapear, she was about to die from suffocation until the entire Vaizard group pinned Hollow Ichigo down. Ichigo's mask was smashed off and was told they can help him. Ichigo was then put on a exercise walking machine and was laughed at before Ichigo lost his temper and refused to do it anymore asking how something so stupid would help him. Being told by Shinji that Ichigo must use that machine for atleast three days before being trained how to use the Hollow. Ichigo explained that he understands that the walking machine consumes a hefty ammount of Spiritual energy but he could easily walk for five days on the machine and wants to know about control right now. Shinji finally accepts and puts Ichigo to sleep with a spell. Ichigo then finds himself inside his own mind confronting the Hollow version of himself once again. On the outside, Ichigo's body was put inside a energy barrier. Inside, Ichigo asked Hollow Ichigo where Zangetsu was. Hollow Ichigo asked if he meant this and pulled out his very own Zangetsu Zanpaku-to matching Ichigo's except it was white instead of black. Hollow Ichigo made the attack and claimed he was Zangetsu. On the outside, Ichigo's body was taken over the Hollow and increased his energy. As the battle raged on in Ichigo's mind, on the outisde Ichigo's body was free to the Hollow and became reckless. But the Vaizards took it in turn to keep Hollow Ichigo busy while Ichigo fought him inside his mind. Ichigo and Hollow Ichigo within both used their Final release. Ichigo and Hollow Ichigo matched blades and Ichigo was able to push Hollow Ichigo back through a bulding and fired a Getsuuga Tenshou right after but which Hollow Ichigo just destroyed with one hand. Hollow Ichigo decided to do the same thing but this time got right in Ichigo's face and fired a point blank Getsuuga Tenshou. On the outside, Hollow Ichigo proved too much for Risa, the first Vaizard to fight and time was up so Hansei jumped in and switched with her. Back inside, Hollow Ichigo grabbed Ichigo's Final release and destroyed it with one grasp. Back outside, Hollow Ichigo suffered a Kidô blast from Hansei which blew his arm off but when the smoke cleared, Hollow Ichigo had evolved and regenerated a new arm, completely different from a normal arm. One step closer to a full Hollow. Within, Hollow Ichigo broke out into a lecture about how Ichigo fails and that Ichigo fights for a reason but doesn't rely on instinct, a vital tool for any kind of battle and thus why Hollow Ichigo will always be superior, then thrusted his Zanpaku-to through Ichigo's chest. Caliming that he will be the one and only king, he had every intention to kill Ichigo. Ichigo though went quiet before grabbing the Zanpaku-to and started transforming it to black making Hollow Ichigo let go. A strange glow was seen in Ichigo's eyes. Thinking back to Kenpachi, Ichigo thought about his reasoning for battle and that he was just a blood thirsty man who fought solely on instinct and held no reason and that his how his power had grew so big. Ichigo grabbed the Zanpaku-to and ripped it out of his chest. Now holding it as his own Zanpaku-to, Ichigo thursted it through Hollow Ichigo destroying him into the wind. Before dissapearing, Hollow Ichigo grabbed the Zanpaku-to and told Ichigo that if he gets the slightest bit lazy, Hollow Ichigo will act out on his own again, then warned him not to die before dissapearing. On the outside again, Hollow Ichigo's body cracked and transformed even more. Hollow Ichigo now had longer hair, a tail and resembled a Hollow. Thinking that Ichigo must of lost the battle, they had no choice to kill the Hollow before them. But suddenly Hollow Ichigo's body cracked and shedded revealing Ichigo inside standing there with just the mask on. Ichigo then collapsed, Shinji asked how he felt and Ichigo replied that he felt pretty good. Resting up, Ichigo now trained to use and control his Hollow power but could not maintain the form long. Trying again Ichigo fought Hyorin and used his Hollow form to try and beat her but again couldn't maintain it long but showed great progression. When he then turned to see Orihime asking for him. Ichigo was informed abotu Sousuke's latest actions that she was told by Shigekuni. Ichigo said he will bea Sousuke and then carried on training. But it eventually happened, the Arrancar appeared once again and Ichigo wanted to use his new power as this time is better than never. Leaving the warehouse Ichigo was instantly confronted by Grimmjow. Happy to have this opportunity again, Ichigo wanted to show how much he has changed since their last bout. Ichigo activated his Final release and asked what had happened to Grimmjow's arm which was missing. Being answered with a cocky remark Ichigo told him they will pass any warm ups and activated his Hollow form. As Ichigo's power raised incredibly, he told Grimmjow he doesn't have time to explain and demonstarted far superior speed and power than ever before. Holding Grimmjow down with his sword, he fired off a Getsuuga Tenshou. Grimmjow suffered a major wound all down his body and couldn't believe Ichigo's power was a Soul Reaper. Telling him again he can't explain, Ichigo appeared behind Grimmjow and fired another Getsuuga Tenshou blwoing Grimmjow out of the sky. But as Grimmjow fell towards the ground he fired a strong Cero attack which Ichigo overpowered and obliterated. Meeting Grimmjow on the way down, he clashed swords but suddenly his mask broke into pieces. Ichigo's power had gone. Grimmjow realised that with the mask gone and the look on Ichigo's face, his power must be gone and Grimmjow slashed Ichigo down to the ground. Ichigo was now at Grimmjow's mercy and tried to get his Hollow power back but couldn't call it out anymore. Ichigo kept being kicked and punched suffering more and more wounds. Ichigo was then nailed down with Grimmjow's Zanpaku-to through Ichigo's arm into the ground. About to kill him, Rukia arrives and freezes Grimmjow but he manages to break out and instead was about to kill Rukia. Ichigo not being able to move and save Rukia, she was luckily saved by Shinji. Shinji fought Grimmjow who had to remove his sword from Ichigo's arm before Grimmjow was escorted back into Hueco Mundo by Ulquiorra saying they had forfilled their duty. Ichigo was taken back home by Rukia and rested in his bed. Ichigo was in a deep sleep and didn't know Karin and Yuzu were asleep in his room beside him on the floor hoping for him to get better soon. He also didn't know Orihime had entered his room that night and said her farewell to him and told him that she loves him. When he finally woke up, Ichigo fell out of bed. He found that his injury on his arm was completely healed. Trying to trace the Spiritual energy behind the healing he was called out by Toushiro. Meeting up with every other Soul Reaper who was in the Living world, he was told that Orihime had gone to Hueco Mundo and now classed as a traitor. Ichigo was dissobeyed to follow her and told not to track her down. Ichigo was then left on his own as the others had to go back into Soul Society.

Hueco Mundo: Fight To Reclaim Series: Ichigo didn't know what to do. Going to school, Ichigo was completely depressed. Being called by Tatsuki, she asked Ichigo what happened to Orihime, through reasons she can't explain she could no longer sense Orihime's presence. Ichigo acts as though she doesn't know what she's on about. Tatsuki tells him she has seen him running around with a sword in black clothes fighting weird people. Ichigo tells her it's non of her buisness then recieves a punch. Ichigo gets his footing and walks away saying it's his problem and he'll deal with it, telling everyone to leave him alone. Meeting up at Kisuke's that night, he knew Ichigo would do this. Ichigo requested to be led into Hueco Mundo to get Orihime back. Inside Ichigo found Yasutora and Uryû waiting for him. Ichigo blatantly called them useless but Yasutora demonstrated that they won't be classed out just yet. Kisuke opens the portal into Hueco Mundo and tells them what they can expect. Ichigo tells Kisuke to look after his family and to make up a story so they don't worry about him. Going through the portal Ichigo finds out Uryû regained his powers as a Quincy and that he is as annoying as ever. Breaking into Hueco Mundo, Ichigo, Uryû and Yasutora find themselves in a corridor and immediatly chased down by two Arrancar. Running until they found a large opening, Ichigo was ultimatly denied to fight and told to keep quiet while Yasutora and Uryû dealt with the Arrancar, known as Demora and Iceringer. Watching them fight and demonstrating their power, they won and Ichigo, Yasutora and Uryû were led out into the surface thanks to the Arrancar's last words. On the surface they ran towards a large palace assumed to be Las Noches where Orihime is. They ran and ran and found themselves not getting anywhere. As they rested, the saw someone who looked human being chased by a group of Hollows. Running over to help, Ichigo, Yasutora and Uryû easily stopped the Hollows chasing the small human child. The child told them to stop picking on his friends and called them bullies. The child revealed himself as Nell, an Arrancar and he as playing tag with his brothers: Dendochakka and Pesshe and their pet Bawabawa. Nell and his brothers offered them help for the trouble and took Ichigo, Yasutora and Uryû for a ride on Bawabawa towards Las Noches. Nell then learned that Ichigo was a Soul Reaper, the bad guy. And was scared Ichigo might kill him and his brothers. Just then their journey was stopped by a giant sand Arrancar called Runaganga who protects the land and recieved word of the intruders. Ichigo tried taking Runaganga out with a well placed Getsuuga Tenshou but Runaganga just regenerated himself as he's made of sand. They couldn't do anything and were about to be his prey when Rukia stepped in and killed Runaganga with a ice technique using her Initial release. Ichigo ran over to Rukia and Renji, happy to see them but was punished for not waiting for them. Ichigo happily let Rukia and Renji join the party on Bawagawa as they continued towards Las Noches, freaking Nell and his brothers out even more. Finally arriving at Las Noches, Ichigo requested Renji's help to blow a hole in the wall to gain entry. Managing to break in they found themselves confronting five different paths. Ichigo suggested they take each path in turn but Rukia said they should break up as there are five of them. Ichigo not agreeing to the situation had to let Rukia do what she wanted and was told to just believe in everyone. Renji gathered everyone's hands together and wished everyone in luck before they all dashed down their individual path.
