Gajira Norimaki (Gatchan):
These twin angels spoke a language only understood by Arale. Gatchan became ill and trapped itself into a cocoon and spent a lot of time inside. When the cocoon broke, there were two Gatchans. Gatchan is short for Gajira (japanese for Godzilla) containing the suffix 'chan' wich means child.

Gale (Gail):
He's one of the guards of the palace of Don Kir (Don Kea), the tyrant of Planet Imegga in Dragon Ball GT series. He usually teams up with Sheela, but they are both easily defeated by Goku, Pan and Trunks.

He competed with the original Piccolo for the throne of Kami. Piccolo was chosen over Garlic because unlike Piccolo, Garlic held evil ambitions that became apparent to the previous Kami. Garlic resented the decision, and created an army of evil demons that he led right to Kami's tower in order to overthrow him. However, Kami, who had by now split away from his evil half, defeated him and, according to Kami, Garlic was cast into the realm of darkness, a negative space from which he would never return.

Garlic Junior:
Seen granted immortality by Shenron in DBZ Movie 1, Garlic Jr. wants revenge for what Kami did to his father Garlic. Garlic Jr. Failed and is locked in the Dead Zone, a black void he created to capture his enemies. Garlic Jr. is from the Makyo Star, and his power level is proportionate to the Makyo Star's distance. Thus when the Makyo Star nears Garlic Juniors power is increased and he bursts forth from the Dead Zone to once again put Earth in peril. When he returns he is once again put into his own Dead Zone.

General Blue (Blue Shogun):
One of the leaders of the Red Ribbon Army. Blue is a pretty boy with paranormal powers. Using his Psychokenesis he is able to beat Goku and Krillin, but Goku is saved from a shotgun in the face, when a mouse scares Blue, releasing Goku. Blue is killed when he decides that he can beat Tao. Mercenary Tao uses only his tongue to kill Blue.

General Rilldo:
The top officer and administrator of "Planet M2," the mechanical world that serves as Dr. Myuu's base of operations. General Rilldo was ordered to bring the Saiyans (Pan, Trunks, and Goku) and the Dragon Balls to Dr. Myuu. When he runs into the Saiyans he turns Trunks into metal and gets the Dragon Balls. When he fights Goku they are about the same in power but Rilldo is forced to transform when Goku goes Super Saiyan. In Rilldo's second form he absorbs the Sigma Force Cannon and is now about equal with Goku once again. He still can't beat Goku so he transforms again. In this form he can now become one with metal and considering the whole planet is made of metal this makes him very strong. Eventually he is killed by Goku but it takes some time since Rilldo knows all of Goku's moves and Goku knows almost none of Rilldo's. This happens because Giru has been hanging around Goku for some time now and when Giru pretends to go on Rilldo's side he shows Rilldo all of Goku's moves. Goku messes around with Rilldo of course so he can find out some of Rilldo's moves. If you want to see all of Rilldo's transformations click here .

General White:
The leader of the Red Ribbon Army's northern forces, General White leads his men on an exhaustive search for one of the
seven magic Dragon Balls. In order to cover more territory, he forces the citizens of a nearby village to assist him in his quest. To ensure the village's loyalty, White has kidnapped the Village Chief and now holds him hostage atop the heavily fortified Muscle Tower.

Evil science genius Dr. Gero creates Androids #16, #17, #18, #19, #20. These androids have amazing strength and enjoy destroying things. Android 20 is actually Dr. Gero himself. Androids 19 and 20 are the first androids we see. They are defeated by Vegeta in an amazing show of strength. Gero manages to escape and unlock #17 and #18. The first thing they do is kill Gero and then unlock Android #16.

Gettoo (Gettou):
One of the monsters in Mt. Paozu. Along with Manba and Rakkaru, he haunts a house where Manba brings children for them to eat. He chases after Goku Jr. with them. After Goku defeats Yao, he runs away with the rest of them.

A giant red demon in Dragonball Movie #2, "Dreaming Princess in Devil's Castle," he rides a cloud and attacks with ribbons.

Ghost Usher:
This little ghost that works for Fortuneteller Baba (Master Roshi's sister). Ghost Usher's job is to direct people around Fortuneteller Baba's place when they show up for her services.
He's one of Garlic Junior's henchmen and appears in DBZ Movie #1 "The Dead Zone". Ginger is green and short and later powers up becoming stronger and taller to face Goku. However he's still defeated when Goku's shows him his Kamehameha.
Piccolo's driving instructor, she is somewhat flirtatious when Piccolo first meets her, but when he starts the car and gets on the road, she turns into a crazed, road-raging maniac. She's only satisfied after Piccolo is taunted by Goku, Piccolo drives like a maniac himself to catch up with Goku and pass him. She even compliments Piccolo's driving skills, until he steers off the road after Goku and crashes.

Captain Ginyu:
With purple skin and black horns, Captain Ginyu is the strongest of the Ginyu Force, and its leader. He has the powerful ability to switch bodies with his opponents. He switches bodies with Goku giving Captain Ginyu the advantage of fighting with Goku's powerful body and also of confusing the team of good guys. This capability does lead to his ultimate demise as he accidentally and forever changes bodies with a frog.

One of the eight finalists in the World Tournament. Ruthless and hard-of-heart, Giran is always eager to fight, and enjoys pounding anyone foolish enough to challenge him. This enormous dinosaur-like creature is able to fly using his powerful wings. He also spits out a strange gooey substance he calls his "Merry-Go-Round Gum," which he uses to trap his opponents. When he's not fighting, Giran has a voracious appetite, and enjoys washing down his considerable meals with a few cold glasses of milk.
Giru (Gil):
After Goku, Pan, and Trunks crash land on a strange planet, the lost little robot, Giru, consumes the Dragon Radar as a food source. Because of this the device is integrated into his system causing him to "become" the Dragon Radar. Prone to malfunction, Giru is often a coward, but will charge into action to protect his friends.

One of the most powerful characters in all of Dragonball/Z/GT, Gogeta is the result of the fusion between Goku and Vegeta. Gogeta appears only in DBZ Movie 12, and in GT. Done by the fusion dance Gogeta is many times more powerful than either Goku or Vegeta alone. Gogeta is a totally different person, and so his personality is completely different than either of the two Saiyan's that fused to become him. Gogeta's power is simply enormous as he takes out Janemba effortlessly in DBZ Movie 12 after reaching Super Saiyan 2. By GT, his power is almost beyond comprehension as Super Saiyan 4 Goku and Vegeta fuse to create Super Saiyan 4 Gogeta, probably the most powerful character in the entire history of the series. His special attack is Big Bang Kamehameha. The only reason that Gogeta does not completely obliterate Omega Shenron is because of his own cockiness. Gogeta toys with the Dragon but happens to defuse early because of his enormous power.

Goku and Chi Chi's first son, named after Goku's adoptive grandfather Gohan. In early DBZ, Gohan is put through events that would traumatize any little kid. One day, he's kidnapped by his uncle Raditz, and watches as a furious battle ensues between Goku, Piccolo and his uncle. When Raditz proves his superiority in power, Gohan's anger explodes and he manages to seriously injure Raditz, which neither Goku nor Piccolo had been able to do. After Goku's & Raditz death, Piccolo leaves Gohan in the wilderness to train. Gohan is forced to grow up quickly, he becomes attached to Piccolo, his teacher, and idolizes him. When Gohan's Saiyan power becomes mixed with his human emotions, he is able to summon an unbelievable amount of power. This power is released when Gohan becomes extremely angry. When Cell learns of this he purposely pushes Gohan until he finally explodes with rage and then goes SSJ2, the first person to ever reach this stage. With a broken arm, Gohan kills Cell using a one-handed Kamehameha. Gohan is the only Saiyan to become Mystic, which is a special ability granted by Old Kai that allows Gohan access to his highest power level without having to go Super Saiyan at all. Gohan meets Videl in high school, who suspects that something is fishy about the Great Saiyaman. They become good friends after she catches him in costume without the mask, and he teaches her how to fly. They fall in love, and at the end of DBZ, they have a daughter named Pan. Akira Toriyama originally wanted Gohan to become the main character, of the series, but the fans wanted Goku back, so Toriyama drifted away from Gohan to focus more on his father again. After the Buu Saga, Gohan gives up fighting and finally achieves his mother's dream for him to become a scholar. Throughout GT, he fights from time to time, but he generally remains a glasses-wearing nerd.

Goku (Gokuh, Gokou, Son Goku, Kakarot, Kakarotto):
Taught martial arts by his adoptive grandfather, Gohan, who raised him out in the wilderness. He is extremely strong, agile, and virtually fearless. He'll take on any fight no matter what the odds are if he thinks that someone has been wronged, and he'll usually win. When the Saiyans arrive on Earth, Goku learns the mysterious secret of his own past: he is a Saiyan named Kakarot. Goku was sent to Earth as a baby to grow up and destroy the planet, but a head injury as a child scrambled Goku's programming. Instead of growing up to become a destructive super-warrior, he became innocent and pure of heart, fighting for good. Goku is peaceful, good natured, honest, loving to his family and friends, loyal, trustworthy, and brave. If he has a weakness, it is his trusting nature. He always finds the "good" in people when others don't see it, though Goku's enemies sometimes take advantage of his naive trust. He trained under Master Roshi and wears his symbol until he trains under King Kai, whose symbol he wears on the back but keeps Roshi's on the front. Goku marries Chi-Chi, and Together they have two sons: Gohan and Goten. When Cell blows himself up in hopes to destroy Earth Goku uses his instant transmission technique to transport them both to King Kai's place killing Goku along with King Kai but unfortunately not Cell. Gohan eventually kills Cell but Goku decides to stay in Other World and train. There Goku surpasses Super Saiyan 2 and reaches Super Saiyan 3. He one day visits Earth for a tournament but is told by Supreme Kai about Buu who he then battles. When Goku's 1 day limit is up he is forced to return to Other World but to his great surprise finds Gohan is in fact alive and training in secret with Supreme Kai. Eventually Goku beats Buu and comes back to live on Earth and in GT he reaches the great level of SSJ4.
Gokua (Kogu):
Gokua is the swordsman of Bojack's team. He is very strong seeing he is equally matched to Trunks. But as soon as Trunks goes Super Saiyan, Gokua ends up with a broken sword and death by a fist straight through his gut.
Goku Junior:
Seen in the last episode of Dragon Ball GT and in the Dragon Ball GT TV Special. Goku Junior is the third-generation descendant of Goku. In the series he is fighting in a World Tournament against Vegeta Junior. Goku Junior is one sixteenth Saiyan and fifteen sixteenths Human. Pan is the grandmother of Goku Junior. Despite the little amount of Saiyan blood Goku Junior carries he can still go Super Saiyan.

The second child of Goku and Chi-Chi, Goten is born in 767 AD. Goten resembles his father very much, and their facial features are almost identical. By the time Goten is born, his father has already died in the Cell Saga, and so Goten never gets to know his father until about the age of 7 or 8 when Goku returns to Earth for a day for a World Tournament, which is the day that the two first meet in a brief but touching scene. Goten turns Super Saiyan at a much younger age than his brother Gohan or his father. Goten is famous for his mispronunciation of his father's move, as "Kamekameha!". Aside from that, Goten has only one other attack which he calls "Totsugeki", which translates literally to "Attack!". We see Goten gown up in the very last couple of episode in Dragonball Z and all of Dragonball GT. When he's grown up he doesn't really resemble Goku like he used to and isn't really as much of a fighter anymore. He was originally supposed to go with Trunks and Goku on the search for the Black Star Dragon Balls in DBGT. But was left behind when Pan snuck aboard. When Baby comes to Earth he is among the first to be put under his control.

One of the most powerful characters in all of DBZ, Gotenks is the fusion result of Trunks and Goten. Goku and Piccolo teach Goten and Trunks the fusion dance, a technique used to become a warrior many times more powerful than either person performing the dance. Gotenks is a completely different person, and so his personality is totally different than either boy who fused to create him. Gotenks' power is fantastic, and he is one of only two characters that have ever achieved SSJ3. He fights Majin Buu twice. The first time Gotenks loses pitifully, The 2nd time they face off is the famous battle which begins in the Time Chamber, then expands to Kami's Palace (which is completely demolished) and finally ends on Earth. At SSJ3, Gotenks can easily defeat Buu, and he knows it. But instead of taking him out, Gotenks' cockiness gets the better of him and he toys with Buu. Unfortunately, he defuses before he can destroy Buu. We almost see Gotenks in GT but Goku says it no use to fuse because of how much stronger the enemies are. Instead Goku just asks for them to hand over their energy.

Grand Kai (Dai Kaio/Kaiosama):
The Grand Kai rules over the four Kais. He is second in command to Supreme Kai, the overseer of the entire universe. The Grand Kai also oversees the Other World Tournament. He is reputed to be the greatest fighter in the universe, but he has been out of training for centuries.

Grand Supreme Kai (Dai Kaioshin):
Dai Kaioshin is the god of gods and is only seen in Supreme Kai's flashback. He lived on the world of the Kais in otherworld, with the four Supreme Kais. When Majin Buu comes to the Planet of the Kai's he manages to save East Supreme Kai (the only one still alive) from Buu's attack but is absorbed seconds later. After Dai Kaioshin is absorbed Buu becomes fat and less insane than before. This "Fat Buu" will continue to show Dai Kaioshin's spirit within him and later even becomes Mr. Satan's friend.
Goz is the fitness director and the fruit guard in Hell. He carries around a huge mace that he uses to knock people over the head with, when they try to steal the fruit. Goz and Mez (his partner) have been guarding the fruit for many centuries and only once, has a fruit slipped through them and that was when Goku comes along. They are the strongest Ogres in Hell. Goku meets Goz and Mez when he accidentally falls off Snakeway.
Grandma Hakkake:
An old woman who lives in a northern forest by herself. She teaches Chi-Chi how to be a good wife for Goku, and she lets Goku and Chichi borrow the Basho Sen so they can put out the flames at Gyuu Maou's castle.
Grandpa Gohan:
Gohan raised Goku from a very young age. A skilled fighter himself and once trained under Master Roshi, Gohan did his best to instill virtue into his young grandson, often challenging him with difficult tasks. His only goal was for Goku to become a strong, accomplished fighter with a good heart. When Goku transforms into Oozaru he crushes Gohan and when Goku goes back to normal to find his Grandpa was killed Goku believes his spirit lives on in the 4-Star Dragon Ball.
Great Saiyaman:
During high school Gohan adopts a secret identity when fighting bad guys. He calls himself The Great Saiyaman. He transforms into Saiyaman with a simple push of a button on his Transformation watch band. Initially Great Saiyaman wears a helmet, but Gohan eliminates this from his wardrobe when entering the World Martial Arts Tournament. Any type of armor is not allowed. His identity eventually get's revealed at the World Martial Arts tournament.
Great Saiyawoman (Great Saiyaman 2):
This is the identity Videl assumes after she joined Gohan to fight crime in Satan City. Although Videl already did fight crime she now does it in disguise. Videl is only Great Saiyawoman once during the series and during Dragon Ball Z movie 13. She manages to catch 3 criminals and mildly fight Hildegarn.
One of King Kai's two pets, Gregory is a small cricket-like creature that can fly very fast. Goku is challenged to hit Gregory on the head with a mallet, it proves to be a challenge to Goku because of Gregory's speed but also King Kai's planet is 10x that of Earth. But of course Goku eventually knocks Gregory on the head with the mallet and then begins the next step of King Kai's training.
When Dodoria and Zarbon are unable to eliminate Krillin, Gohan, and Vegeta and collect all the Namekian Dragon Balls, Frieza summons the Ginyu Force. While individually they are very strong, each member is conceited and competitive which leads to their downfall. They hesitate to ask each other for help because they don't want to share the credit for the victory. Guldo makes up for his lack of strength with his abilities to read minds, control objects, and stop time, Guldo can easily conquer a much stronger foe.
Guru (Grand Elder):
The wise, peace-loving, selfless, and good, Guru is the eldest of all Namekians and father to all of his kind. Namekians are unisexual and are hatched from eggs. Guru is the creator of the Namekian Dragon Balls. When he passes away, the power that the Dragon Balls have also pass away. Because Guru is very old and sick, this is a great concern on his planet. Using his powers, Guru brings out secret hidden powers within Krillin and Gohan. He also bestows on Dende a powerful healing ability. Guru is guarded by Nail, a strong Namekian warrior who is trained in all the ancient Namekian fighting techniques.
Gyosan Money:
The richest man in the world, Gyosan Money organizes a World Martial Arts Tournament for his son Doller's 10th birthday. He even manages to pay Mr. Satan to appear at the tournament.
He's one of Lord Slug's scientists, when Lord Slug asks him how long it will take to "fix" Planet Earth, his answer does not satisfy his leader who kills him for that.

Gyuu Maou (Gyu Mao, Ox-King):
Despite his threatening sounding name, Gyuu Maou is really quite harmless and fun loving. He was slightly peeved when his castle became engulfed in flames on Mount Frypan and wreaked havoc through the village at the foot of the mountain, but hey, whaddya gonna do? He's Chichi's father and thus Goku's father-in-law. He's very strong And trained along-side Gohan under Muten Roshi's tutelage. As the series he becomes less and less of an important character, and eventually just fades into being background filler. In the anime, he has a few large roles though from time to time.
