Hammer
King Kai has a test where Goku has to hit Bubbles on the head with a hammer. He succeeds and later has to hit Gregory on the head as well.

Healer (Namek)
Their hands emit a magical power which then heals the victim., the most famous Namekian in the series who harnesses this power is Dende.

Healing Tank
A large 'container' per say, that the user rests in to gradually heal their wounds. An example of who used this is Goku and Vegeta during the Frieza Saga.

Heart Virus
This virus killed Goku in Future Trunk's timeline. In our timeline however, Trunks was able to give Goku a grape flavored medicine that healed him fully.

Heart Virus Antidote
Future Trunks gave Goku this grape flavored medication for his heart disease. Because of the medication, his life was saved.

Hell
This is the horrible place that evil people are sentenced to go when they die. For all eternity they suffer immense pain.

HFIL
In the edited version of the Dub, they call Hell "HFIL". The abbreviation means "Home for Infinite Losers".

Hide Ki
A technique mastered by most of the Z Warriors. It allows the user to hide their Ki level from people and/or scouters almost 100%.

Hitchhike
Goku Jr. hitch-hiked a ways to Mount Paozu so he could hunt down a Dragonball.

Holy Water
This 'Holy Water' isn't really holy at all. It is just a trick into getting whoever tries to grab it trained stronger by Korin.

Hyperbolic Time Chamber
This training center located on Kami's Lookout is incredibly useful. The equivalent of one year on the inside is one year to the outside.
