DBZ has been broadcasted on the air, and also has been shown in it's manga form. The dub has it's humorous points, well-drawn fight scenes and a fantastic storyline, but it does have its flaws. Some events can take a very long time to happen, for instance when Namek was about to explode, it took around 4 episodes for a five minute period to happen, and they really dragged it out. There are some filler-episodes with sub-plots that can be useless as well. Now what's wrong with the Manga you ask? It has the original uncensored storyline, how it was meant to be. Great drawings that get straight to the action and no dragging-out of the scenes. What is wrong with it? Well, the manga is done fast-paced, a little too fast paced. The fights can be over quickly and there isn't too much time to savor the moment. Which one do I prefer? Well, I have seen pictures of the manga and I have watched most, if not all of the DBZ (not GT) series. I can't really give my opinion on which one I like best because I have not read too much manga, but, I like the manga slightly better because the manga was drawn how it was meant to be. Violent pictures, un-censorment and foul language.
