Cell Beat Cell with Goku.
Frieza Beat Frieza with Goku.
Future Trunks Beat Vegeta on Namek with Kid Trunks.
Ginyu Beat Ginyu on Namek with Vegeta.
Gokule Get Goku and Hercule's breakthrough
Hercule Beat Fat Buu with Saiyaman.

To Get 100%:
Go to edit skills, 1P, skill list, hold in L1 and R1 press
triangle(exit), X(to go back), triangle, X, etc., all the time holding
in L1 and R1. the percentage will go up if you do it repeatedly. (you
will gain all the skills and stuff, including characters)
It might be a good idea to edit a capsule or something before you
start so if you accidentally press triangle twice, it'll still save.
