Outfit 1 When a flashback is shown of Vegeta's childhood this is the outfit he is seen wearing. It is only for Saiyan royalties, and has several differences to it. In this type of armor a red cape and royal emblem have been added and the crotch plates have been removed. Gloves and Boots have much less detail and resemble the later Saiyan Armor models much more. |

Outfit 2 During the Saiyan Saga on Vegeta and Nappa's trip to Earth, Vegeta is shown in this version of Saiyan Armor. He is no longer wearing his Royal Saiyan armor, but it still seems to be one of the more unusual models. |

Outfit 3 When Vegeta finally arrives on Earth with Nappa, much to our surprise Vegeta's armor has changed colors. Why this happened is never explained, but probably just something the do with the artists, not Vegeta. He continues to wear this Armor throughout his visit on Earth, but when returns to Frieza's planet it is replaced because of it's horrid condition. |

Outfit 4 After Vegeta's recovery on Frieza's planet he is given a newer model to wear for his trip to Namek. Like his past uniform, it is badly damaged in combat, and replaced with a newer version. However, this time he is not given it by Frieza's henchmen, he steals is and is now working with Gohan and Krillin. |

Outfit 5 After managing to steal new armor for himself, Gohan, and Krillin from Frieza's ship, this is the model he wears. The armor stays in pretty good condition up until Frieza reaches his final form and kills/beats up Vegeta, and when Vegeta is brought back to life he continues to wear it (through the Garlic Jr. Saga), until he arrives at Capsule Corp. and Bulma forces him to take a shower and wear a different pair of clothes (seen in the next outfit). |

Outfit 6 "Given" to him by Bulma, Vegeta hates the outfit, but is told by Bulma it's the style on Earth and to put it on. He keeps it on throughout the arrival of Frieza and Future Trunks etc. until he begins to train for the arrival of the Androids and needs less casual clothes. |
